Overview
Football St George (FSG) is the governing body for football and futsal throughout the St George region of New South Wales.
Supporting more than 15,500 active participants across clubs, competitions, coaches, referees, volunteers, and administrators, the organisation plays a vital role in growing and developing the game at both grassroots and representative levels.
As one of the region’s largest sporting organisations, FSG required a modern digital platform capable of serving a broad and diverse community.
The organisation manages a significant volume of information across competitions, programs, policies, events, news, club resources, and community initiatives.
Challenge
Presenting this information in a clear and accessible way while maintaining a positive user experience was a key challenge.
The website needed to cater to a wide range of users, from players and parents through to coaches, club administrators, referees, and sponsors.
Ensuring visitors could quickly locate relevant information was critical to the success of the project.
The platform also needed to support ongoing content updates and remain scalable as the organisation continued to grow.
Approach
SiteBud worked closely with FSG to understand the needs of its various stakeholder groups and identify opportunities to improve the overall digital experience.
Responsive design principles were incorporated throughout the build to ensure consistent performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
